To be eligible for the Portsmouth Area Ladies Scholarship, applicants must be a female graduate of a Scioto County, Ohio high school, have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 and show evidence of community service and volunteerism. Applicants may be freshmen or above. 

The Portsmouth Area Ladies, Inc. will make annual scholarship selections. Applications should be made this year directly to the Scioto Foundation by February 14, 2024 at 5:00pm. 

All Scioto Foundation scholarship applications are completed on-line. Applicants can find information and directions on the Scioto Foundation website, www.sciotofoundation.org, or ucanfindascholarship.org.
